If you want to remain hands on with the day to day management of your rental property, then you may just need help in finding the right tenant and we will be happy to help.

We can market your property and carry out accompanied viewings with prospective tenants. We thoroughly reference each tenant by carrying out a credit check, assess their financial suitability and obtain references so that you can make informed decisions with our help and guidance. We will provide you with the signed tenancy agreement (including inventory) and the deposit will be processed and held with the DPS. We will also provide advice on your legal obligations as a landlord at the start of the tenancy.
